Chronobiology.
Chronobiology is the scientific study of natural rhythms in cells, plants, animals and humans. It is a fascinating and large field of research. I listed here the books I read, podcasts that I enjoyed and scientific papers and articles that I am aware of. There is sooooo much to learn and I encourage curious designers out there to find the things that draw them in.

Time and Rhythms.
Time is an illusive topic but impossible to remove from the human experience. Rhythms can sometimes be grasped easier but how we think about them today has strong ties to time. Historically there has been said a lot about time and rhythms - here are some of my readings.
